Big Freedia's new album

American rapper Big Freedia has announced her first album in nine years, titled "Central City"! Working within the New Orleans subgenre of hip-hop called bounce, she has collaborated with stars such as Ciara, Lil Wayne, Faith Evans, Kamaiyah, and more. According to Pitchfork, the album is set to be released on June 23rd. Waste no time and listen to her new single "Bigfoot" right away!

In recent years, Big Freedia has released several EPs and collaborated with artists like Flo Milli, Kesha, CocoRosie, and even Beyoncé! Samples from Big Freedia's 2014 track "Explode" were featured in Beyoncé's song "Break My Soul".
