Taylor Swift emerged as a major winner at the MTV EMA 2023, securing awards in the categories of "Best Artist," "Best Performance," and "Best Video."

Chungkook, Måneskin, and Nicki Minaj each received two awards.
- BTS's star won "Best K-Pop" and "Best Song" for "Seven" featuring Latto.
- Måneskin took home "Best Rock" and "Best Italian Act."
- Nicki Minaj received honors for "Best U.S. Act" and "Best Hip-Hop."
- Billie Eilish won the "Best Pop Act" award.
